      My GF gets them on a regular basis. I know she gets pretty lethargic w/o them.

        I've been using it for about a year now.

        I first started getting injected at my doctor's office and paying $15 a pop for it. Then I found the vial alot cheaper online, as in $10/vial, and started doing it myself. But I find better results from B complex than just plain B-12.
        Loved by some, Hated by most, but RESPECTED BY ALL

          I use the stuff from the feed store.
          They call you paranoid until the worst happens, and in the aftermath they will call you a hero.

            I get these b-12 packets from NOW foods that work very well. It has high b-6 and an array of other b-vits in lower doses, but they work almost immediately.

              i take B12 as a supp. Recent news though says b12, in larger doses, can create heart issues. Kinda like recent news with vit E. Years ago they said it was good to take, now they say to stop.
