That's a great question. I have researched this in the past and could not find an answer. I also looked for receptor supplements for this purpose. I did find a few but the reviews indicated not worth the money -

The best I can tell is that it's a highly individualized process. It also depends on types of compounds used, stacked or single compound, duration, etc... The general rule of thumb has been time off should at least equal time on but there again it depends on the individual.
