    I'd like to hear from some "mature" bodybuilders-45 years old and older....what are your favorite combinations to maintain size and strength.
    There is no substitute for experience......

        GH gives u that thin skin look. But you have to be one jacked up dood first...I'm working my way toward GH, still don't know too much about it though.

          Once im 45, its going to be Test/Var/GH, and lots of 20 year old ass
          I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
          I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul

            Done the GH, very so so for me.

            Hate to say it, one thing makes difference with me is Nutrition/Diet.

            In younger days could be looser, go up a little down etc. No more.

            At least that's me.
