  • Decided to go back on

This test only is for the birds I'm going back on Prop and Npp for as long as I want then I'll switch it up like I have been for years. Do I like the way I look smaller, somewhat my wife likes it but after 5 years of being on I'm used to being a little bigger and no matter how much I want to get to 205 I cant . I'm still 215 and just taking 300mg a week so it looks like back on and get my figure back, lol. I also have to get blood therapy done every 6 weeks which means I have to give blood because my hemacrit is to high and its like sludge my blood and that can lead to stroke and other stuff.I want to be 205 bad but even dropping my gear to just a little I cant get smaller. Over the years of being on so long I gained quality muscle that wont go away. The strength did big time but not the size,go figure.

I'm just going to hate the injects with prop again and the somewhat pain a little. I'm going to try and get my urologist to switch me from cyp to prop because I have a feeling there prop wont hurt as ug stuff

What dont you like about test only?

nothing but test enanth. years. some times switching to cyp for a few months. NoPCT no problems. anywhere from 250 mg week up to 500 mg a week, depends on how feel. take a month or two off here and there. will throw in some eq down the road for a couple months. That always works good.

Don't do it, you look great the way you are, and I can get some sleep now because you aren't snoring so loud. Oh no, prop, I am in trouble, lol!

Re: Decided to go back on

I would've never said anything. But since you have made a point that you would like to get down to 205, I'll go ahead with my regimen and why I eat and train like I do, which is very little compared to years ago. Last time I stacked a decent cycle and was training hard. I put on some serious weight pretty quickly. (2 months). I was about to break 220. That was the biggest I've ever been. I realized then, that I do not want to be that size, or where ever I would've ended up if I'd stayed the course. I backed off in the gym, I backed off of everything but test, and I still hoverd around 215. With the heart issues of my father's side, and border-line diabetics. I just didn't feel as comfy at 218. I was big and strong, but I really didn't want to maintain that. Or grow anymore. I stay right around 195-200lbs just supplementing my test, and living healthy. I have no bloating, or very little. Testing has shown that I'm extremely fit. I'm 6' with a 31" waist. I don't train my abs, but I have abs. I am so much more agile at 195 than 215. What else I realized, is that you have allot of power on reserve. Like when someone works out for the 1st time. They're strong that 1st session, but once they break down and start building muscle, they can't throw that weight up like that 1st session before they've started training. I realize that, of course, you get stronger the more you train, but I'm content with my strength, really. Sure, I'd like to rep 315 out, but I can't do that now-days untless I train hard, which leads me to weighing 215+. I'm just a healthy little guy. My shoulders feel great. My joints feel great all over. I'll hit it hard if, and when, I need to later in life. I'm content for now.
I don't wanna be broken down in 10 yrs, then need to train to keep a decent figure.lol...but can't because I've worn my joints out. I really need to have a few surgeries to correct some cartilage issues that I've torn, and laid open that allow bones to rub together. That's my main issue with lifting heavy.

Re: Decided to go back on

I'm sure I would get used to it. I got used to 175 after being one narrow muhfugga all my life. I put on 50lbs in 2 yrs when I started training at 22-23yrs old. (When I really started training.) But I was well under-weight. skinny. 6' 130lbs. I weighed exactly 132 the 1st time I stepped on the scale my very 1st day in the gym. 1st day of a 7yr hard training regimen. hr-in-a-half to 2hrs a day, 6-7 days a week. Trying to get as big and strong as possible. Now up in my 30s, I've noticed, where it took everything I had to maintain 195 in my 20s, now I can hit 220 in a matter of wks.
I'm sure I'd get used to it, like you said Dave. I really would like to be able to focus on training, ('me' as they say), like I used to. But...I have family that depends on me 1st thing in the morning, and in the evening, most evenings. Allot has changed over the last year.
