Why am I not putting on weight?

    I will give you what I eat on an average day.
    breakfast- usually start with a muscle milk shake, then usually a Sausage, egg & cheese biscuit and hashbrowns. I sometimes cheat and get donuts.then maybe a banana
    lunch- Usually a burger(Usually double meat/double cheese) and fries. or a burrito or something like. then another shake(mid afternoon)
    Dinner- usually a steak and potatoe or go out to eat at mexican food then almost always have a meal before bead. Mostly cereal, or 2-3 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
    I live in my own little world. But it's OK. They know me here

      Man I'm with you on this one. My first "real" cycle I'm on now, 500mg/week of Sust and I kickstarted it with DBol, 30mg/day for the first 2 and a half weeks (didn't have enough for four weeks, plus it was last min. decision so I figured anything I got from DBol was a plus anyway). I gained 7 lbs. pretty quick, and I'm stuck at that. In the middle of 6th week right now (going for 10 weeks) My training is very good, diet never been better, I'm an EASY 4500 calories/day. The only thing I can think of is fake gear, but I highly doubt that. It's the new version of Cyctahoh, was promised this is very good shit by a mod, he also told me fakes would be very hard to come by because this version is so new. I'm just hoping my gains will come late, hopefully next week at most! I know how it feels though man, it's fuckin' depressing, and very aggravating. I had pretty good progress with Sust before, and that was on very low dosages. I guess shitty cycles are part of the game. Well for some of us, I guess. Keep the spirits up though...

        that almost ok.. here's what i would do:
        if you're on a cycle i would go for 5 solid meals and 3-4 shakes per day. add 1 solid meal between lunch and dinner. i would go with the old standby chicken+rice.
        The last meal before bed is junk hehe. Ceareal and pb+j won't build any muscle, but will add lots of fat that late at night. Have a tuna sandwich and fruit, or some cottage cheese or something, at least 600 cals.
        I have found that waking up in the middle of the night for a shake works amazing, you might want to try that, especially on a cycle.

        If you make those adjustments, it should help. I gained 40 pounds in 4 months naturally like that.

          Sounds good but I dont have time eat 5 solid meals. What do people do when they work and have kids in sports that we go to every night. Cereal and peanutbutter & jelly is fattening? Last time I checked the cereal I eat has almost zero fat. And the peanut butter is full of protein. I have a high metabolism and chicken and rice just dosent seem to cut it when I am trying to fill up.

            Well that's a different story then
            Try going with 4 shakes and 4 meals. Get some flax oil and add 2 tablespoons to each shake (except the pre or post workout shakes). This would add at least 500 cals.
            Milk and jam have very high GI carbs in them, and will definitely help store fat. Studies have shown that eating these types of food especially late at night will do so. And it's just not good muscle building food.
            I think fine-tuning that diet will make a big difference.

            points out that people with high levels of SHBG might not respond well from gear. Could be treated with proviron or avena sativa. Check it out..

              Thats ok? That diet sucks shit, no offense. 3k cals? Eat 3k clean cals, you wont gain fat weight.

              Lets shoot for clean cals
              All meals with 50g of protein
              Good wholesome carbs
              Good fats

              Sample

              Works out to about 3600 cals

              Meal 1
              1 cup of oatmeal
              1 scoop protein powder
              1 TB natty pb
              2 whole eggs, 4 whites
              2 cups skim milk

              Meal 2
              8 oz sweet potato
              2 TB natty pb (on the sweet potato with cinnamon, mm mm)
              8 oz chicken breast

              Meal 3
              10 oz baked potato
              8 oz sirloin steak
              Salad with light ranch

              Meal 4
              Post workout
              50g whey isolate
              100g dextrose

              Meal 5
              2 slices (100% whole wheat, or Rye, or Sourdough)
              1 1/2 cans of tuna
              FF mayo
              Relish
              cup of strawberries
              1/2 cup skim milk

              Meal 6
              10 oz chicken or lean steak
              1 TB Flax oil
              Steamed Veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc)


              One more word of advice, dont buy Brovel or Tornel again.

                if he's not gaining on his current diet he needs more than 6 meals and more than 3-4000 cals regardless if it's clean or not IMO

                      It sounds like you need to up your cals. and take a rest day once a week. You may be overtraining trainning everyday.

                        Sound like you have a ffast metabolism. You need to eat then eat some more then when your full make more room by flushing it down with a whey shake and then eat some more. The only thing you should be doing when not eating is training or sleeping or possibly finding a source that does not carry tornell or denkall LOL.

                              Same exact boat, same cycle, similar results. Got sick bad week two still fighting it. Which screwed with my meals and sleep. Trainings fine, gains so so.

                              It's best to prepare meals before hand. Eat every three hours. The AS wants and demands the protein to build. That's what it takes. There's no two ways about it, this is simple chemical theory, if it has the ingredients when it needs it you get the results, if not, not as great results.

                              Always have on hand several shaker bottles to pre-mix shakes all at once. Tupper ware or glad ware all over the place for the small meals. And a small cooler or big lunch something and always carry it with.

                                If you aren't gaining weight then you aren't eating enough. It's that simple. Regardless of drugs. Even if they where fakes you should still be gaining weight from excess cals. If you arent eating excess cals then you shouldnt be worrying about drugs. IMO. (unless of coarse your cutting)

                                Sorry I dont mean to sound rude or anything, just saying drugs dont put weight on you, food does. Eat more and I'm sure you will see better gains. Good luck bro.
