      The last meal before bed is junk hehe. Ceareal and pb+j won't build any muscle, but will add lots of fat that late at night. Have a tuna sandwich and fruit, or some cottage cheese or something, at least 600 cals.
      I have found that waking up in the middle of the night for a shake works amazing, you might want to try that, especially on a cycle.

      If you make those adjustments, it should help. I gained 40 pounds in 4 months naturally like that.
      almost ok???? i totally disagree.....this kids getting his calories from Mcdonald's and Taco Bell......terrible....IMO peeps should put more emphesis on their diets b4 they start cyclin......that diet sucks!

        ive made great gains naturally eating fast food everyday...

            I don't know. I don't really worry about eating "clean", per se. I just try to eat enough: enough calories, and enough protein. It depends on your goals, I guess. In order to eventually be truly massive, you're going to have to go through an ugly stage. You'll put on a little fat, but you'll put on a huge amount of muscle too. And it's easier to lose fat than it is to gain muscle.

              I put on more muscle and stayed leaner and better looking bulking clean. Gains are more quality IMO.

                Bro pre-cook your meals for the day, then put them in tupper ware. Cook them in the morning or the night before. Shakes are to supplement your protien intake, not be the main stay. Go to Costco and stock up on meat.
