When I was at 230 my wife said I looked good didnt have much bf% still muscular and the abs were still there but as I have mentioned I wasnt comfortably at that weight so I dropped down the dosage and 3 months later 215 now. My normal weight range is 205 210 so I'm almost there but I really like how I look at this weight. I have stopped snorring as much I have more cardio now I'm more flexible I'm more quicker. I will be at this weight now for a very long time now
