just found out from a buddys dad,if you have joint pain. alpha can help,just plain old alpha you get at wal-mart. i have gout alil and when it comes on it gives me fits. talked to a buddys dad and he told the about alpha. so i took so and guess what it takes away the joint pain from winny.. or at least it does for me.

Thers alot of stuff out there but you just have to see if it works.After 6 qweeks of winny its not that horribky bad of joint poain but theres a little . Dont worry about it much.Get some celebrex if ya can or a medral does pak while your on winny.
