ok...i dont know about you guys, but i get the WORSE bicep/forearm cramps in the world. if i REALLY hit biceps hard, within a couple hours after my workout, i cant even bend them an inch without the cramping so bad!! and...if i let it go, it gets to the point where they cramp even when straight. i usually will hit back and biceps. if its a good workout, i cramp in my lats too....it happens all the fukin time that i'm sleeping and get jilted awake by the pain of a bicep cramping at the same time the oppisite forearm and my lats!!! OMG!!!! it wakes me up yelling...wakes the wife up...its a fukin mess.
well, a couple weeks ago my wife said, joking at the time, take a midal...i said fuk it and took one....no cramps!!!! no shyt!!! tonight i hit arms BIG TIME...i was cramping on the drive home!!! came right in, took a midal and i'm fine!!!!
just a heads up for my brothers out there...Midal works for ALL cramps!!!
