I start eq this week, and prop/fina next week... I am ending my sust this week, so I still have test in me. Then winny I'm adding in the last month before the contest, maybe sub in halo for it if I get some by then, but winny will do me fine. Can't wait, my first competitions!
Weeks 1-10 Test Ent. 750MG Weekly
Weeks 1-10 Fina/Propionate 70MG/50MG EOD
Weeks 4-8 T-3 Ramping up to 75MCg and down twice as slow.
Weeks 1-10 Femara 2.5MG EOD
Diet is 2200 calories per day on a 50/30/20 split of Protein, carbs, and fat.
I tried the clen but at 80mcg/day, I just could not do it. Coworkers said I looked all glassy-eyed like I was stoned. I substituted Xenadrine at 2 capsules 3X per day.
I know AS does not reduce BF but was curious as to what most consider to be the best AS to stack, in addition to diet and cardio, in an attempt to reduce BF AND possibly add some lean muscle mass. If I do not get the results I want, I would like to either try what most think to be the best stack to compliment diet and cardio, do 500 mg of test ent. ONLY to spare muscle, or cycle off completely until I get the BF down to 10%-12%.

Anavar has been know to reduce bf, and Test seems to have a lipolytic affect. But, when dieting, and cals are low, you need andorgens to hold onto muscle. Thats why Tren/Prop/Winny is a highly touted cutting cycle. EQ would be icing on the cake.

May I ask how old you are? Getting your diet, cardio and training correct doesn't happen in an instant. I hope I don't offend you but since you're carrying 19%bf how is it possible that you will get diet, cardio and training correct in time to do a cycle? Are you employing someone to help you with diet, cardio, and training? Have you tried correct diet, training and cardio by itself? What were the results?
