Var is a great drug, but it's not a mass builder. If you are looking to maintain weight or drop weight, it's a top choice.

Var will normally make you lose weight while increasing your strength.

I personally see no reason for massive doses of good quality var.

.125 MG - .2 MG per body weight is the ideal range.
