YES! spot on. i went fast and hit a bunch of nerve endings...wow, weirdest feeling ever. almost made my whole damn leg twitch. upper/outer region, slow injection, and slow with pushing the plunger, and you're all good. very rarely ever painful too...with the exception of some 300mg test i had....like O2 has said in the past, it came with a donkey.
