I have a new theory on clen. I think ramping up and down is not nesecary. I just started clen at 200mcg per day.
Day 1: 200mcg
headache and shakes bad
Day 2: 200mcg
no headache and a little shakes
Day 3: 200mcg
shakes almost gone
Will keep you posted....
I think this could be a very effective way to hit your target dose quickly and spend more time at it... That would equal more time at the peak fat burning range.
This is just my idea i want to hear you guy's thoughts
