Ok I have 2 options I would appreciate your input on :

Option 1 :

Week 1 to 4 dbol 50mg ed
Week 1 to 30 1000mg test enan
Week 1 to 15 eq 1050mg (my eq comes 350/ml)
Week 8 to 15 winny 50mg ed
Week 23 to 30 winny 50mg ed
Week 16 to 30 tren e 600mg

Or option 2

Week 1 to 4 dbol
Week 1 to 26 1000mg test e
Week 1 to 26 eq 1050mg
Week 1 to 26 tren e 400mg
Week 19 to 26 winny 50mg ed


Both look like good solid cycles,which would you suggest ?

One 1, but cut out the win on wk8-15 as it will be better towards the end of the cycle if you want to cut up even more. You wont see much dif imo from wk 8-15 cause the eq will be kickin in and you wont notice what is doing what. Better having the last part with the win imo.

I also prefer option1 ,I hear what your saying about the winny and it makes sense .

DUDE I NEVER COME OFF. YOU REALLY DONT HAVE TO COME OFF . I'M ON HRT PLUS I ADD SOME TREN -E TO THAT. I GET BLOOD WORK DONE I GET MY PROSTATE CHECKED SO UNTIL MY LEVELS ARE VERY WACKED OUT TO THE POINT WHERE I'M STARTING TO GET UNHEALTHY I'LL THEN EITHER REDUCE THE AMOUNT OR YES COME OFF FOR AWHLE TO GET EVERYTHING BACK TO NORMAL.BUT THE OLDER PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF WHO ARE ON HRT DONT HAVE TO COME OFF. AND DIGITAL MAYBE IN THE FUTURE CAN YA TRY IT JUST ONCE AND COME DOWN ON THE GEAR . LIKE DO 500MG-750 OF TEST AND 600 EQ INSTEAD OF GRAMS BUT KEEP UP YOUR CALORIES AND EAT MORE AND HEALTHY AND THE RIGHT PROTEIN. I'M TELLING YA YOU WILL STILL GROW WITH THOSE MG'S AND IT WILL BE SAFER ON YOUR BODY A LITTLE. ALSO YOU NEED TO RUN THE EQ LONGER THEN YOUR DOING IN OPTION 1 IMO. I ALWAYS WOULD RUN MY EQ FOR 6 MONTHS. THATS JUST MY OPINION.

thanks fuzo,once this one is done I am gonna lighten up a bit and concentrate on conditioing my goal now is around 260 to 270 lbs.my diet is pretty solid around 3500 to 4000 on bulk but very clean.

ok so just to recap :

Week 1 to 4 dbol 50mg ed
Week 1 to 30 900mg test enan lowered slightly also comes 300mg/ml
Week 1 to 30 eq 1050mg
week 16-30 tren e 600mg
Week 23 to 30 winny 50mg ed

gh - 5iu ed
t3 - 50mcg ed
proviron 50mg ed
slin 4 weeks on 4 weeks off throughout
arimedex onhand, last cycle i ran it throughout this cycle with the proviron i think keeping it on hand will be ok

so eq throughout, tren e thrown in round week 16 ? winny 8-15 has been removed and will be run only at the end at 50mg ed

does it all look in order ? missed anything ?
