    Alright guys. Im finishing up my bulking cycle this week.(1000mg of duratest)
    Anywayz I'll be starting a cutting cycle to finish up my 16 week cycle.My cutting plans look like this.
    8-16 175 mg tren/prop eod.
    8-16 clen 2 weeks on/off.
    I've been reading up on t3 and am thinking about putting it in to help with my fat loss. I got a bf% last week and its @ 15% after 7 weeks of duratest. Also, I'm 6'0 250lbs. Any suggestions. Should I just stay with what I got.

    6 weeks at least for t3 and i know a few girls that cycle winnie clen and t3

      thats about what im going to run this time. If you look at my sign below you will see i ran t-3. I had some good fat loss results using it and will add it to my 16 week cycle. At the time of the t-3 i will be on prop,winney, and eq. I say add it. Oh and others told me to add tren but i think this cycle is overboard already for me.
      Start Jun 1st 02
      250lbs @ 44% bf
      After 1st cycle Dec 1st 02
      215 @ 30% bf
      March 1st After t-3 and clen
      205 @ 24% bf
      June 1st
      225 @ 24%

            if you're going to use T3 do it right. You've got 8 weeks of a good tren dose, so that will allow you to run a good 6 week T3 cycle, you can run 100-125 ugs T3 max dose starting at wk 8, just listen to your body. I'm assuming you know how to run T3.
