michelle everyone responds to everything differently. Personally nothing works as good on me as winni does. I can run test tren bot h at pretty high doses and not get the same effect as a low test and winni cycle. Plus if your into being athletic the speed and quickness gains you get from winni are in a league of their own. I wouldn't say winni is a great thing for powerlifting even though you do get strong but for a nice clean dry look and athletic gains winni is very nice.
