Q about beginner cycle and Andro Test Gel

Hi Gurus,

I'm still a ways away, but thinking about doing a beginner cycle of test down the road. My question is this: I have low test levels, and I am on Andro Test Gel from my urologist for this condition. Now, should I continue on the test gel while doing the injections of test? Or should I discontinue the test gel until my injected test cycle is over?

I personally stop my HRT during cycle, but I reall y would like to see your history and stats first and what % is your gel? Then I can make a more educated decision

Andro gel does very little as not very much even makes it into the bloodstream like injection. I am not surprised tho, as some drs are still thinkin taboo about testosterone. Id ask y he isnt giving u injectable for hrt.

androgel is only good for hardons for sex not building muscle.But it wouldnt hurt to use it still for sex imo,but we could use a little more info on ya

If you guys need any more info just hit me with what ya need, but here's my basics: I'm 44, 200 lbs, B/F around 20%, Andro Gel is 1 %. My doc doesn't seem to like injectable for some reason, and sometimes it's a pain in the butt to be slopping on that gel, especially when it's hot out, as I tend to be a sweat hog. lol The gel brought my test levels up into the acceptable range, but as ya'll pointed out it doesn't do much for muscle building. I was just wondering if it could "hurt" anything by staying on it during cycle.
