Sterilizing 4 month old fina

Whats the best way to do it? Bake it at 250 a few times? Put it in boiling water??

Yes I actually did, but the old board that I was on suggested I re sterilize it again? Do u think I shouldnt? WHat happened was I used some of it, but got pnuemonia real bad, so had to cut my cycle after 2 weeks (bummer)

you shouldn't need to sterilize it again. Heating it up won't really sterilize it that much, so unless you want to refilter it, i'd just use it.

the BA should have kept it sterile if it was in a sealed container.
