I remember back in the day when Bill Phillips first turned his newsletter into MM2K he had analytical tests done on many different brands of supplements, and Universal was the absolute worst of all of them. I seem to remember a protein of theirs that was supposed to have something like 20g of protein per serving only had like 9g.

Maybe Phillips just had it out for Universal, but I didn’t want to take the chance.

Where are you located....Pacific Nutrition is a new sponsor of the site and you can get a great price with your American currency...I recommend trying Sportlab myself.

The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

If I had to choose between Optimum and Universal I would definetly go with the Optimum.

If you are looking for a change definetly give Sportlab a try, it is a new Canadian company and there products are very reputable.
