Hey everyone. Ive just recently been getting back in the game. I'm cleaning up my diet and getting back into a consistent lifting routine before i start any supplements other than vitamins. Ive been doing a pretty good job, but i haven't really been seeing to much of a change in body comp, so i figured maybe i should try some pro hormones, because i no longer have access to a source.
-My question is, would it be safer for me to try a prohormone, or make a batch of fina? Ive made tren before, and its the only AAS i have access to.
Diet:
6AM- 3 scoops whey protein with BCAA's, 1 10oz(?) chicken breast, broccolli
11AM- 4-5oz smoked salmon, cup of plain oatmeal, some kale
3-4PM- couple slices of ezekiel bread, maybe some fat free cheese on top, 2-3 carrots, 4-6 eggwhites
-maybe snack on some veggies at night, and 3 scoops of whey with 2 scoops BCAA's before bed
-pre w/o- beta- alanine, l-carnitine, and l-arginine
-post w/o- l-glutamine, l-carnitine, l-arginine, whey, simple carbs
-i also have novaldex and clen ready to go
