  • joints hurt ..help!

i am currently cutting and doing a program that involves alot of heavy compound movements. My diet is low carb, moderate fat , and high protein. 90% of fats come from olive oil in salad dressing. In the last month ive dropped a couple % bf and gained a good amount of strenth, and now my shoulder joints feel like there dry or something. I was lifting today doing incl. db press and just had to use light weight because i was afraid i was going to hurt something. I am not on juice.
So what do u guys thinks the problem is?
What supps can i take to help joints? Please don't answer w/ deca!
    thanks bros

oh yeah....so far 2 out of the 3 times i felt like this was in the morning and i mostly live at night.

lol i m going thru the same thing!! what kinda program r u on? i had to do the same thing with the db incline press, lol for a bit i thought it was me writing..hehe well try a joint supplement like glucosamine, condhroitin and msm..and up your intake of carbs a bit or else you will have to go really light with the weights, increase your intake of water a bit too, but most importantly listen to your body.G luck homie

Are you taking anti E's or anything for water retention, sometimes if you let it go a little bit it can help.

no anti-e's, im thinking its something related to morning workouts, my body probably is not ready to hand the weights until 5 or 6 pm.

Ive tried most of the over the counter stuff, none of it was very effective. My doc gave me celebrex and it fixed me up. I have bad shoulder probs when I go heavy on the bench. Doc says my rotator muscles are not strong enough. I told him to looke at the size of my delts, he told me the best way to increase rotator strength is go very light with lots of reps. Good luck
