Clen and Appetite

The most important thing for me when I'm cutting is a good appetite supressant. I haven't heard much about this aspect of clen. Please enlighten. What's the best appetite supressant (non-prescription)?

IMO appetite suppresants are not a good tool to use while cutting - i personally like sumthing like clen that increases the metabolic rate so you can eat a little more and not gain the weight. You still need those nutrients bro. appetite suppresants remind me too much of anorexia and malnurisment

i agree w/this as well.....if you are taking some kind of cutter then you shouldnt worry about an appetite seppressant as long as youre eating clean.

I'm the opposite of all of you. Clen is a stimulant, and it will normally surpress appetite. I'm dieting, and this is the first week, the hardest usually. However, I haven't had a single hunger pang, and I've dropped about 6lbs of fat and water in the last 10 days. Clen is the best appetite suppresant I've ever used! Though, the one day I did carb up, I had no problems eating 3500 cals... but no hunger pangs today either on only 1800... eh well, it works, I don't care

I havent noticed a change in my appetite while on clen, however I tend to get little annoying headaches while on it so I generally eat less. I guess its a double edged sword. But I take what I can get. Lata.

Well, I did order some NYC the other day so hopefully that will kill the hunger. Will try the clen as well. I hear Ritalin is top-notch but that is out of my league.

It's not that I want to starve myself, but eating clean is much easier when you're not ravenously hungry. I would rather forcefeed myself chicken and veggies than eat a tray of brownies when that 8:00 carb craving comes.
