I have heard of a couple ways to clen now, I have heard of the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with eca stack on the weeks off, thne I heard 1 week on 1 week off, and now I just read something about 2 days on 1 day off.
the half life of clen is 36 hours, I just checked to make sure, so 2 days on and 1 day off is fine as long as you do this for 2 weeks, and then take 2 weeks off. otherwise it is useless..
you need 2weeks to alow your beta-receptors to up regulate..

not trying to be a dick kid, but if you would of done some research on this topic, you would of got your question answered about 100x's. This just takes space up when this topic has been discussed over and over. Welcome to FG and enjoy the stay. But like everyone said, 2wks on, 2wks off.
Clens effectiveness only last about 20 days......... Therefore 2 weeks = 14 days, is playing it safe.... Then 2 weeks off to let your receptors freshen up a bit, then 2 weeks on again.......
If 1 week on then 1 week off, you would just start losing some fat, then you would stop the clen..... doesn't make sense....
