Thanks for the input. Hell, we all know you lose some size, but it seems when I cut out Hagen Daaz and pizza my arms go from 19" to 18 " almost overnight. It wan't as bad even 6-7 years ago. I'm doing some experimentation...we'll see how it goes. I want to compete this fall. At least in the over 50's you don't have to be enormous to be competitiveThere is no substitute for experience......

I will be 40 in a few months and found in the last 5 years that it has been a little harder to hold onto muscle when dieting. That is when I started using GH and upping the amount of test I normally took. This took care of the problem.the mechanic
Yes, that is my wife in the avatar, the little blonde in the center.......just a tad proud of her !

When Im out on the farm eating seeds that the farmers wife feeds my flock, I find that I lose alot of size fighting over the biggest ones. My feathers have also been very droopy as of late. Im thinking about maybe getting some herbal essences. Just kidding, but yeah T3 and clen combo allows you to still eat pretty well and maintain + lose alot of fat vs. muscle with a good amount of cardio. Clen obviously being the anti-catabolic. But the T3 adds a nice touch I think. Anyone else get headaches from clen?
