    someone sent me this e-book. building the perfect beast...actually i had the first and second book by auther l. rhea (sp?...who cares)....anyone got these? when i got me new computer they must not have swapped over (geek squad bastards!!!)

      i had his whole series on my other computer and started reading them but never finished. I wish i still had them it was good info and much different then what most people use or believe.

        I don't have em, but I read maybe a dozen excerpts over the years, the guys basic philosophy from what I could gather, was huge cycles, medium term in length, very aggressive pct, wash and repeat every several months, for as the guy says to become a beast, ie, gain 40-50lbs of pure muskel

          ^ i just can't fathom those short blast cycles. so if a compound takes 4 weeks to really start kicking in, you're stopping it at 6 or 8 weeks? so you only really get about 3-4 weeks of benefit? sounds about half retarded to me. how about picking one dose, running it 12-16 weeks (pending drug chosen) and go with that. thats prolly why i've never read em cuz i'd get fed up and throw it away.

            what i read was a bit different man. He was very big on pretty low dose cycle but what was weird is he was constantly wanting you to change what you are using - switching compounds and esters. said it keeps the body guessing more

                well, i guess to me, since he was always switching it seemed huge, i didn't mean oh 2000mg a week of whatever, more 700-1000 but always changing it up, so it was just a lot of shit too keep abreast of
