yes i use my real name. criminal charges could be brought against you for false identity if you fake name and get busted.Still there is no proof i ordered it, and as long as i dont open and take possesion of contents, i have a little defense!

the reason they had authority to open the package was because it was going through customs...if that had come domestic they have NO authority to open a package unless a warrant is issude t do so
