Juice in Bahama's

this question kind of matches the tread, i'll be on juice when i'm in the bahams but i'll be in the middle of tren winny prop cycle. i was going to go for a week but is that too long to interutp my cycle? how about only 5 day's instead of 7?

i went to Jamacia when on and the resort had a gym thank god, but im sure the red stripes didnt help much! in the future i wont vacation when on.

a short break while on mid cycle 3-5 days can be benificial but any longer probaly wouldnt do much good.
