Hey guys, I have done 3 cycles in the past but my last cycle has been run about 6 years ago! Needless to say, I am ready to get back into the swing of things. I am trying to be fairly conservative/healthy and get some good quality muscular gains (no hopes of competing in the near future - ha!).
I am going for good quality mass gains without much concern for water retention or bodyfat (I don't need to be super cut). I would like to put on about 15lbs with this cycle. I am loking to just keep it simple. Her are my thoughts:
Weeks 1-4 30mgs D-bol ed
Weeks 1-12 300 mgs Deca/wk
Weeks 1-12 500 mgs Test E/wk
Appropriate PCT (HCG/Nol)
or
Weeks 1-4 30mgs D-bol ed
Weeks 1-12 300 mgs EQ/wk (not sure if EQ should be taken in a smaller proportion to Test or if it is ideal to take in a 1:1 ratio)
Weeks 1-12 500 mgs Test E/wk
Appropriate PCT (HCG/Nol)
