            Yep - pretty much!

That's part of the reason I don't usually post my cycles.
They get silly, maybe even absurd at some points.
But it's what I do and it isn't for everyone that is certain - I'm pretty sure you know what I mean.

BTW - I did make an adjustment to the previous planned cycle that I pm'd you about - yes, it went up. DOH!

That's the main deal in bold. People have to realize that. Folks that run short 10-14wkers once or twice a year, and the novices will get excellent results with half the dose of some others.

Heck, I'm up almost 20lbs from 3 months ago.
I just upped my test a little, and started some d-bol a few wks ago. It's the eating and training adjustments that have really added the body mass. I gotta give credit where credit is due though. I wouldn't be up this much without kicking off my cycle. And a long overdue cycle it is.

                Re: Post your winter bulker

You hit the nail on the head.
                Do what works for you.

Sometimes I'll cycle once a year and sometimes I won't come off for almost a year.
It just depends on the present goals at the time.

This next one will be a step in a new direction both with training, diet and supplements.
Supplements being the least important factor in the equation and thus it's last.
The new training style has already started, the diet changes start next week or the week after, the supplement regimen either at the same time or just after so I can get used to the new food.

It's all about the task at hand.
This years task - if all goes well with business and personal life (big one there!) is to get to a solid - not ripped - 285.
Then see what weak spots have improved and consider stepping back on stage a totally revamped and much improved person.

This is totally doable if all things stay in check and I will be one happy MF'er! for sure!

                  285lbs...you small guys,lol...

My goal is for a solid 215 by spring next year. Spring is the end of February here.
I don't see any problem making mine as well.
I weighed in at 202 Friday. 1st time the scale has started with a (2) for me! I was stoked!

                    Re: Post your winter bulker

                    That's great HP!!

I guess I don't really see what is "BIG" anymore.
I set myself a goal - be it a number or whatever - and go for it.
I'm a bit too soft right now where I'm at but that is changing each day and the scale is going up very slowly,
Just about a perfect scenario and that is what I need right now.

I guess I don't see 265 (current weight) as being big anymore - once you get used to being a certain way it's just not the same as when you first got there.

Maybe that's how really obese people end up getting up to 500 or more pounds.

                      Re: Post your winter bulker

yep, that's me too. I don't have that hard, thin skinned look at all right now. I'm just lifting to grow, moving the weight up every workout, and eating to gain, but keeping it very clean. Ultimately, by Feb, I'll be at the look I'm going for by beach time again. Til then, I'm gonna keep a full belly and grow grow grow. My stomach is always full, wheather it's water, food, or protein shake.
I just thought about it, because I get full of coffee 1st thing in the morning. I need to start drinking a protein shake before my first cup of coffee. Then I either do 4 eggs in toast, or oatmeal. By "eggs in toast" I mean western-nest eggs...I believe they're called.?? pronounced - westenest eggs??But, you cut a circle out of the middle of a piece of bread with the rim of a glass or something, butter a pan, and drop the egg in the middle of the toast. I love 'em. You cook the little circles cut-out to sop with. And if you use the a drinking glass to cut the circle, you gotta make sure you use a cutting board so you don't break the glass.
But anyway, I just firgured i'd share my little eggs in toast recipe.
