hey, I'm going to start my first cycle soon, I want a good game plan. My stats are: 6' 240, 21yo, training off and on for 4 years. Lifts: 325 squat, 225 overhead p, 450 dead.
Used ph's in the past (2 "cycles" heh).
Here's what im thinking of:
test enth 500mg/wk 1-10
deca 300mg/wk 1-10
d-bol 30mg/day 1-5
nolva when needed during, and for post-cycle
How does this look?
I was also thinking of replacing the deca and d-bol with 100mg of fina EOD 1-6, that way I wouldn't need the d-bol jump start.
What would be more effective or safe? Thanks
