I'm up to 205!!!!!!!! So I've gained 10 pounds off of this shit. I have put on bodyfat. So i'll be due for some cuttin.

that isn't too bad....how much longer are you going to be on? cuz if you can get a good 15 pounds or around there or muscle it will definately be worth it

I only have a week left. So 10 pounds is pretty good for a bridge, lol.
If you look through the thread, you can see i started off really low. Only doin it 4x's a week, just after workouts. So 10 pounds is pretty good for the low dosage and frequency.
