  • Hello there. My first cycle and introduction...

    Hey there everyone. Im new to this board so I decided to introduce myself. I used to post on a board alone time ago off the steroids101 website. When that board died I stopped posting anywhere for a few months. I decided to jump back in since you can learn alot and get some motivation here.

    I am currently doing my "first" cycle (I did a 2 month winstrol only cycle back in october) which consists of the following:

    week drug amount
    1-3 D-Bol 1: 15mg ED 2: 20mg ED 3:30mg ED
    1-8 Deca-Durabolin 1:200mg 2:300mg 3+:400mg
    1-8 Test Cypionate 1:250mg 2:500mg 3+:750mg

    I am eating about 300 grams protein a day among 7 meals including one in the middle of my sleep, and 500 grams of carbs among 5 meals during the day (I dont eat carbs the meal before bed or the midnight meal). I am also downing 120grams of healthy fats. Calories is roughly 4100. I plan to do 6 shots of hCG 3 weeks post cycle at a strength of 1800iu per shot MWF for 2 weeks. I will also drop 300mg of clomid at the start of the 3rd post cycle week and then drop 100mg ED for the next 10 days at which point I will drop 50mg ED for the next 20 days.

    When I started the cycle I was around 15% bodyfat. I weighed 205 pounds. I am now at 238 with about the same bodyfat and im my 3rd week of the cycle. Strength increase has been tremendous. Arms have grown about 1 inch so far and everything else also.

    My current measurements:

    Shoulders: 54 inches
    Chest: 48 inches
    arms: 16 inches
    forarms: 12.5 inches
    waist: 36 inches
    thighs: 27 inches
    calves: 18 inches

    I started working out about a year ago and I was weighing almost 400 pounds. I do cardio now that im cycling only 3 times a week for half hour.

              I tapered up the dose to see what kind of side effects I would get. I didnt want to drop 750mg of testosterone and be unhappy with a huge sideeffect and have to endure that much. So I tapered up to make sure I was comfortable. So far im not getting any side effects other than the expected increased liver enzymes and oily skin. Shit loads of water retention also. But thats a good thing.

                I would run the dbol for a bit longer, the longer you have water retention with the dbol, the more lasting gaisn you will have.

                  Wouldnt the Test give me sufficient water retention after 3 weeks of it building up in the system?

                    Welcome to the board bro.

                    Try going for 4 weeks on the dbol at 35mgs ed
                    The rest looks ok, but you can go for 10 weeks for better results.
