i have never used halo but i have wanted to. I do know that threw what i have read and researched they say it's best to be very lean before you start halo otherwise you won't really notice the changes that it really makes with hardening the muscles and what not. I believe fuzo has used halo maybe he can chime in on dosage.Comment
