    I am just starting my 6th week of low dose deca/test cycle. I realize the doseages are low, but i just had to try the low dose thing. Honestly i am satisfied with the strength gains but not the size! I have put on 6-7 good pounds and my strength has gone up nicely. My plan was to run this cycle for 10 weeks, but i was thinking about picking up a bit more gear and going longer......say 14 weeks or so. Should i just increase the test from here, or add something. I have access to tren, dbol, winny, eq, deca, test.

    Deca 250mg/week 1-10
    Test E 300mg/week 1-10

    28, 5'11, 188, 11% bf
    this is 4th cycle
    goal is 195-200 w/ less than 10% bf

    pound a week of solid muscle gains is nothing to dismiss in haste.
    What is the doasge protocol EOD? Once a week.
    Recent research points to a more stable blood level
    and less receptor saturation at EOD protocols
    ...even with the longer esters.
    Perhaps a bump on the test E to approx double that of the deca...
    say 500/250/ split on Monday and Thursday.
    Whats your anti E?

    Of course diet is crucial and unless it's perfect you wont get optimal results.
    Maybe post that up too?
    I seen older (45-52) athletes use half that amount of test w no deca and achieve those results of gaining a pound or so a week of quality muscle.

      have nolvadex for anti e (30mg/day). Been shooting both together every 6 days which is a bit long for constant blood levels

        kind of like everlast, that's not that low, i know you know, but are you really eating big to get big and lifting big?

        desire is lower bf from where you are, so again like everlast, that's not that bad if it is all muscle gain, real muscle gain that sticks

          nah im really not eating as much as i should, but i am eating clean and i believe my bf is already lower than when i started. my goal was to get some quality muscle. i have been doing a ton of isolated lifts and mixing reps from 4-20 depending. im kinda thinking about bumping the deca to 400mg/week and bump the test to 500mg/week for weeks 8-14. winny sure sounds nice though!

            I don't think 4 more weeks is gonna make that big a difference. What are your goals? Then maybe we can help design your next cycle to give you more of the results you are looking for. As Everlast said- 1lb a week of solid gains aint bad Bro

              think ill just stick it out. its still early and i like what i see so far. Think ill try eating some more and keep pumping. keep u updated

                just thought i would share my results. about to finish my 10th week. im still a little disappointed but o well. Still at 188 and 10% bf.

                Started around 179-180 and 10% bf and gonna finish at 188 and 10% bf.
                flat bench went up 30-35 pounds (275 to 305-310)
                shoulder press went up 20-25 pounds (185 to 205-210)
                added 1.5'' to arms

                comments:
                1. i saw no improvements after week 6 (results just leveled off)
                2. still have trouble eating enough (my schedule doesnt allow for frequent meals)
                3. i still feel like i am strong for my size but growing is my problem

                any comments or suggestions?

                  i believe that the majority of your problems are in your diet. You have admitted here 2 times that you haven't been eating enough. If you don't eat you can't grow. It's that simple bro.

                    yep, If I don't pack the good complex carbs and protein, I don't grow.
                    You said it yourself. You're not eating to grow.
                    If you really wanna grow and get stronger, you gotta eat eat eat. And lift heavy heavy. You gotta train yourself to eat like you need to. You just gotta squeeze a meal in everywhere you can.
                    It's not unheard of being up 25lbs with a test/deca duo...in 10wks. well...I think d-bol was in there too.

                      if you dont eat alot you will still pack on some pounds with that, but mostly water weight and will disapear as soon as the gear does...eat, eat, eat
