I had an MRI done and the diagnosis was a retracted of the pectoralis major muscle from the humerus(of course did this bench pressing). I have been to two orthopedic specialists and one of them had no prior experience with the injury and the other had assisted in a repair 4 years ago. I am very frustrated in trying to find someone who is somewhat experienced with this repair. I am in Oklahoma and if you know of a Doctor in this area that you could refer me to I would greatly appreciate it.

you have to find a specialist orthopedic guy who can repair this asap.do a search in Oklahoma for specialist or in your area.If you have insurance you may want to go out of state like to chicago to get it done.My friend had this happen and he got it fixed and is back to normal. Thanks for the Welcome. The two specialist that I went to were sports injury specialist but since this is such an uncommon injury they had very limited experience with this repair and I did not have a good gut feeling with them cutting on me.Comment
