My main question is how much prop to use, 6th cycle but 1st one with prop in it.
My stats are 5"9' 202lbs about 16-18% bf, got a little lazy over the winter.
My goals are to get to around 10%, weight is not important, if I get down to 185-190, that's ok. Of course, 210 at 8% would be ideal, HEHEH
Any suggestions, diet and workout will be fine, but I am not sure as to the prop usage and have never used halo, is halo better at the end or beginning, is fina better at the end or beginning, questions like that.
