I don't know that I would do back to back days in the same muscle no matter what it is. You should be able to hit all those small muscles painlessly like bi's and tri'sComment

no. I don't want to do back to back. But separating by a day. eod. back and forth. From one delt to the other. Aren't ya good with a day between shots?1 up

Be sure to lubricate your joints while taking this stuff. I did have issues with my joints in pushing heavy weight while cycling.Comment

Shoot it for better absorption and less liver strain. You can shoot it eod. Ive never had any joint issues. Winstrol is my favorite AAS. I usually stack it with some sort of Test. It seems incredibly synergistic with Sostenon.
Everybodys different though....
