as some of u know i might have hernia , i have gone to the doctor my doctor did a few tests and coudlnt feel nothing, i did ultra sound test they coudltn find nothing, now i have to go see a specialist on april 17.
I feel this pain on right side abs... My doctor said its 50-50 that it is hernia or its just growing pain???
so my quetsion is this... Can u guys PLEASE show me a minimum LIFTING routine that can help me keep most of my muscles without makein things worst...
my doctor said i can do light lifting as long as im not goin too heavy and makein it worst... so i cant do deads and squats for a while thats for sure but he said i can do light upperbody lifting... now thats better than nothing... i think i can do siting calvs also without hurtin it...
i hav been off the gym for 5 days now ... im just comin off a 10 week cycle and i start clomid tomorrow ,
HELP ME GUys.. What are some exercisez that i can do to keep most gains...
