I did and it's being left in the door tomorrow. There was no signature required so there will be no problem for them just leaving it. Just in case the carrier does not get the message from the woman I talked to I'm leaving a note on the door.

even if you don't sign for it they can/will still bust you, so it's not like it makes much of a difference if you sign for it or not.

you are indeed taking posession of the package.

i've never once heard of anyone getting off because they didn't sign for the package and the case was thrown out of court.

When fed ex diliverd stuff to me they usualy dont leave it, sometimes it depends on the person delivering the package also.

i have been in a situation that got me all worked up too, it was when the site told me they attempted delivery but when i contacted them, it turned out that it had just been put on the truck and apparently that was some kind of default status. don't worry

sometimes they leave em and sometimes they don't. they should have left u a delivery attempt slip.

It came and it's already out of the house and I have nothing incriminating in the house so if they did come they'll look like the fools. Even if they went into my computer and saw I ordered something they need hard visual evidence.
