If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
What is the best OTC or legal stuff you guys have tried that showed results? Being new, I thought I might give this a try before the juice. Looking to bulk from 185 to about 200+, then try to cut to about 190.
(I have some creatine, xenadrine and whey protein on hand)

Also, several male friends of mine have had good results with 1-ad (Ergo Pharm's). Results were something like 8-10 pounds in 3 weeks. The nor's haven't really shown much.

i have a lot of friends who swear by it. give it a try, it should give you the 10-15 lbs you are looking for. up your protein and don't use the xenadrine.
