weight loss??any woman ever tried?

my girl worksout hard she weights 150 and wants get rid of her stomach and some of her inside leg.she wants to get her weight down to around 135.shes gained some good muscle but she isnt where she wants to be .any body know if nolvadex would be something she could try.i read the other day that it helps women lose their stubborn fat by playing with their estrogen level.she is also on birth control.just wondering if any woman has tried it?she eats pretty decent .THANKS for any help !!!!!! guys and gals
