I think as long as you stay between 3500-4000 you should be able to grow just fine but also be able to cut a little bf because of the cardio.

If you're really concern then start at 3000 for the first week and up it the next week and so on. You should be able to see that way.

You've got to start somewhere and only your body will tell you how it's going to grow especially with the AAS pumping through...so start at 3k and adjust from there.

18-22X your body weight is how much. Sixpack said start at 18X, and increase to 20X when training natural.

Then he also said while on AS, start at 20x, and increase to 22x your body weight.

Make sure you take in a minimum of around 3200 calories a day, and you will definetly be growing to your max!!

I see no need to be so precise when bulking. Save the calculations for cutting.

Just make sure you get in 200-300 grms of protein and 500 grams of good clean carbs. Then eat everything you can get your hands on. Don't worry about the fat.

If you seem to be putting on more fat than you want - then cut back a little on the extra calories.
