hello, i posted this in the anabolic discussion rather than the supplement discussion due to more traffic here. anyways i was thinking about giving the 1 test 4 ad combination from bdcnutrition.com a try. what do you guys think of it? would one bottle be enough?? also, will i need an anti estrogen? ive heard from many people that 1 test doesnt convert to estrogen so i thought maybe i didnt need one? thank you very much in advance for the replies.

Its probably the best transdermal brew out there
You will need post cycle recovery, 1-test is a steriod and will shut you down just like any other. You'll need either Ergopharms 6-oxo or liquid clomid, I prefer the latter. 1-Test doesnt convert, but 4-AD does. 1 bottle will be enough for 8 weeks at a moderate dose. -
thanks alot for the quick response yellowjacket. you say that 4ad converts. would i be alright with an over the counter anti estrogen that you would use for any prohormone or would i have to go with something like nolva? thanks in advanceComment

I would get 1 bottle of 6-oxo and keep it on hand. For post cycle I would run clomid. All in all, your post cycle meds are going to cost you around $50, which isnt that bad. But I would have something on hand, you may be fine, but you never know.Comment
