all you do is press the button at the tip of the plunger afte finishing injecting and it retracts the needle. there are also syringes that come with a safety cover so you never have to recap the needle.

also you have to press the release button to get the needle to retract pretty hard after injecting so there is no worry of accidently retracting it while your pushing the oil in. so you never have to pull out a nother needle on your own.

Those syringes are pretty cool. I had never seen them before and a few months ago the wife brought home a few flu shots from the office. I was sitting on the couch watching tv and she lanced me in the shoulder with the flu shot, and when I looked over she had already pushed the plunger to retract the needle in the barrell. She had this look on her face like something was wrong and was phucking with me telling me she accidently broke the needle off in my shoulder. Needless to say I freaked for a few min. until she couldnt contain her laughter. I was pissed, I swear that woman loves inflicting pain.

i put the needle and syringe into a big Gatorade bottle then when its full duct tape it closed and toss it out.
