I have been working my butt off trying to get back to what I was. First the lean muscle. I shed 28 lbs so far in 3 months and have been building steady muscle. I have some juices on the way and I will be running a simple cycle to get my body back into the swing of things.
I am wanting to know if there is a true ProHormone that will boost my levels add some muscle mass prior to a cycle. I have tried a few things but nothing with good gains.
My build from the last cycle I ran was 220 lbs 8% BF.
I am currently at 180 lbs and was fat at 208 3 months ago. I plan to hit the the weights hard before cycling my diet is right on as I haven't backed off my cardio still trying to lean up. The fitness trainer at work checked my body fat and it was 13.4 . So not bad but I need to get it down around 10 before May 13th. Trip to Mexico and plan on being cut up. Then start bulking for the summer.
So to make a long story short is there some good ProHormones and something that doesn't break the bank.
