I have started really cleaning up my diet and doing a lot more cardio style workouts rather than straight lifting. I'm 5'10" and 227 lbs. I've got good shape, but nowhere near being ripped. I really don't think its possible for me to truly get shredded. But my new goal is to lean out.
I have been doing incorporating a lot over tabata style into my workouts over the past month and really liking it. I am interested in getting an extra "kick" and was thinking of trying some Clenbuterol. I am concerned about the negative side effects and potential dangers however, especially since I have started doing such high intensity cardio workouts. (I seriously almost blew chunks today at the end of my workout, but it feels great now.)
What are some people's experiences and/or thoughts on Clenbuterol. Is it safe, effective? Or should I stay away from it?
