I have it in both shoulders. I can still hit my delts smooth so long as I stay out of that scar tissue. I went into it just a couple weeks ago and it's like trying to inject into a rubber tire. I literally had to back off for a couple seconds to give my thumb a break. Just gotta find another sweet spot and work around it. I got the scar tissue from hitting the exact same spot week in-week out. Moving just a smidge each time has seemed to be the ticket to avoid getting scar tissue build up. It's worked with me for years now.1 up

It is terrible in my delts and bi's. I have heard that using ultrasound they can break up scar tissue if it is really bad.Vet here and there....
