  • Thoughts on year round AAS and the taper method?

What are your thoughts on staying on for long periods of time...say 6 months or longer?

And how about feelings on tapering off instead of pct? (many old-schoolers still do it from what i hear)

I've never tried tapering off. From what I've read, it just doesn't make much sense; just because your mg of injectable test is decreasing doesn't mean your own bodies production is increasing, i.e. your just as shut down after tapering as you are if you don't but like I said I have never tried it.

I do longer cycles all the time, I just play it by ear and by affordability.

I think your question depends on your age. If you are 50 and low test tlevels, tapering and getting normal (LOW) levels is silly. If you are 25, I agree with klash... end your cycle and begin pct.

You will get many responses. Some HCG and clomid, clomid only. 10 weeks or over if on a enanthate/cypionate esther (2 weeks after lat inject) if test prop start hcg 1,000iu's eod or 500 iu's ed for 10 or 20 days and clomid 12 through 20 day for usual time. Under ten weeks, clomid only. It's hard to say without knowing the esthers you are on?

Tapering, as the others said, will not work. Your body cannot slowly stimulate testosterone production up while being fed gear that shuts it down at the same time. A low dose will still affect your natural level. I'm one that don't think its a good idea for someone young to be running long cycles, meaning 1/2 a year or longer. I think you should definately cut it to 16 weeks or under. Now if you are say 30 min, or 35 yrs old or so, then I'd say you have nothing to loose and everything to gain by staying on for 6 months or to year round (at a reasonable maintenance dose). I have no factual data to prove anything, just my thinking. There are mixed opinions on this topic from everyone, and you have to know you and your body, as well as your limits. I plan on in the next couple years going on Test year round at a dose of 300 or so, and running 8 week cycles about 2 times a year in there. Then for that, there is no need for PCT obviously, cuz you just come off to your maintenance dose. There are always factors: age, health, checkups, teste atrophy, family etc. I will have kids out of the way, so sterility has no bearing. My thought is, bro you are young enough to not have to go on year round yet. As long as your safe, do what you gotta do. Ultimate

If you want to wind up on HRT for the rest of your life- I say go ahead. Your in your 20's. Your body still produces plenty of Test naturally- why screw it up??? Why not run 10-12wk cycles on and off and get plenty off growth until your older and your natural levels fall off - then look at longer runs??? Whats the hurry?? Slow down and do it right!

being a young guy myself i have done over a year straight and i don't think it was worth it at all. I could have done just as well as if i had done 2 16 week cycles with a break in the middle.

...AGREED..and this sounds like a much better idea to me. Thanks alot bro could you please help me see how you would set this up? Ive never bridged or taken a break mid-cycle or anything??? Also just wanting to start about 300mg/week keep it low dose which is the reasoning for going longer

Thanks bro please lemme know or shoot me a PM if ya dont mind this really peaked my interest!

just decide one what you are going to run. Most people like to run bulker for the first 16 weeks with test and some dbol and deca or something like that. Then i like 8 week breaks personally so on week 14 i start slamming tribulus at about 5 grams a day. I continue the cycle until the end of 16 weeks like normal. This gives me 10 weeks on tribulus and i run 4 weeks at the end of the cycle on nolva. Once those 8 weeks are up you start into your second phase which is usually a cutting cycle. Use thing like test tren EQ winni. Run this out and at week 14 i start the trib again and run it for 10 weeks just like before then i taper down to about 3 grams and take that everyday until start my next one whenever that maybe.

it's really not anything complicated but if you are young and inexperienced it may not be something for you. The idea is that it gives your body time to recover but at the same time you don't stay off for that long. Most people say time on=time off. And I typically do agree with that. I think that your best bet would be to just keep doing time on=time off. Try some lower cycle and really focus on diet and training and see what happens. SOme people do great on 300 or so of test a week.

what compounds are you looking to run and do you have all your anti-E;s and PCT on hand. It would also do some good if you can give us your stats and past experience along with you diet and excercise routine- Don't like seeing blind info given
