Rule nummber 1 while juicing, know what the HELL YOUR EATING EVERYDAY!!! Tehn you cant blame the gear on being bunk, its probaly your diet if results suck. I always get around 2g per lb of protein, around 450g of carbs and 200g of fat. I weigh 240 btw. So im getting 1920 calories from protein, 1800 cals from carbs, 1800 cals from fat. Im like my ratios around 40/30/30 p/c/f. It may seem like a lot of cals, but im not trying to cut, im still around 13% bf. Ill cut when i care about being ripped, its still too cold to go to the beach where I live, besides, Im young, I dont waste my cycles worrying about getting too fat. Im not gonna balloon up like Lee Priest, but I hate seeing guys wastign their gear. Its dam near impossible to gain 20lbs of solid muscle a year and not hover around 15% bf, if you can your a genetic anomaly.

Well, 8 weeks in on deca, and you just now going full speed ahead on it. I would run it for 4-6 more weeks, and if diet is on target, you could add a solid 5-10 lbs. I would try to get some HCG, Deca usually shuts me down pretty hard.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
