I just started my first cycle last weekend : Test En 500mg/week- D-bol 25mg ED/4weeks

Would it be better to inject the test 2 x week or would 1 x week be just as effective ? Because as of right giving myself a shot isn't something I look forward to

Most of us would probibly tell you to break it up into 2 shots a week. Even though you could do one a week since it is a long estered Test you are using. It all comes down to personal preference.

pros and cons to both. 2x a week less pain,but you need more gear becauseeverytime you inject you waste.1cc. so if you do 1 shot a week for 10 weeks you will only get 9cc out of vial.twice weekly and you will only get 8cc out of vial. Alot of people dont take this into consideration,and just think theire vial was underfilled!
Myself, i just prepare and have extra gear on hand,so i can break it up bi weekly.

2 times a week is the best imo but if you are dead set aginst 2 shoots i dont think you will notice much diff

I always shot tiwce a week when using test enathate. Monday and thursday are the days i go with.
